Monsoon Forecast: The weather is changing in most parts of India, due to which rain is also being recorded at many places. Rain has brought down the temperature in the capital, Delhi,  and surrounding areas. The weather in Delhi NCR also remains very bad. Clouds have camped since morning, where rain has also been seen along with thunderstorms at many places.

The situation remains bad due to rain in the hilly states of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Landslides have been seen at many places, due to which the passersby are facing problems. The situation remains very scary in South India as well. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a warning of rain with thunderstorms in many states of the country.

Possibility of heavy rain in UP

Heavy rain is expected in Uttar Pradesh on July 31, i.e. today. Moderate to heavy rain is expected in Chitrakoot, Banda, Hamirpur, Jalaun and Jhansi. Apart from these, heavy rains are expected in Kanpur, Kanpur Dehat, Fatehpur, Kaushambi, Prayagraj, Pratapgarh and Rae Bareli.

Unnao, Lucknow, Hardoi, Sitapur, Kheri, Farrukhabad, Auraiya, Kannauj, Mainpuri and Etawah are also likely to experience bad rains. Rain alert has also been issued in Etah, Aligarh, Agra, Noida, Ghaziabad and Bulandshahr. Heavy rains can become a disaster in Meerut, Saharanpur, Mathura, Hathras, Kasganj, Varanasi, Chandauli and Amethi. Thunderstorms and storms are expected in many districts, including Jaunpur and Sant Ravidas Nagar.

Rain alert in these districts of Bihar

The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in Banka, Patna, Gayaji, Bhojpur, Nawada and Bhabua till August 1. IMD has also predicted heavy rains in Madhubani, Muzaffarpur, Shivhar, Madhepura, Supaul and Kishanganj from 2 to 5 August. Apart from these, heavy rains may occur in Araria, Bhagalpur, Gopalganj, Saran, Purnia, East Champaran and West The possibility of rain in these states also.

According to IMD, there is a possibility of rain in Bihar, Jharkhand, Delhi-NCR, Rajasthan and Haryana-Punjab. Apart from these, there is a possibility of rain at many places in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. There may be rain in Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim and Nagaland. Rain is expected in most of the districts of Meghalaya and West Bengal. Heavy rains are expected in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Karnataka.
