Chicken Masala

How to Make Kathal Curry Recipe

To make Kathal curry, first cut the Kathal into pieces.
Heat a pan and add mustard oil.
When it’s hot, fry the Kathal thoroughly.
Once the Kathal is thoroughly fried, add asafoetida, 4-5 chopped green chilies, and whole garam masala powder to the same oil and fry.
When everything is thoroughly fried, add the ground tomato paste and fry thoroughly.
When everything is thoroughly fried, add the fried Kathal and fry.
Now add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and cook it properly.
