Monsoon Alert: The country’s capital, Delh,i and the adjoining areas are witnessing the wrath of rain. Two days ago, normal life was disrupted due to heavy rains accompanied by y storm in the west. Many farmers lost their lives due to the falling of trees and the uprooting of electricity poles, due to which the roads were also blocked.
Due to late-night rains in some parts of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, the temperature level decreased. As a result, people got relief from the heat. The situation has worsened due to continuous monsoon rains in many areas of Bihar and Chhattisgarh. Rain has also disrupted normal life in Rajasthan. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rains in various parts of the country.

Rain alert in these districts of Uttar Pradesh
According to the IMD, there is a possibility of heavy rain and storms in many districts of Uttar Pradesh. The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in Bahraich, Balrampur, Gonda, Azamgarh and Jaunpur. Apart from these, a ain alert has been issued in Maharajganj, Varanasi, Chandauli, Mirzapur, and Ambedkar Nagar. Heavy rain can also be seen in Chandauli, Prayagraj and Ballia. Drizzle can be seen in some parts of Moradabad, Amroha, Bijnor and Saharanpur.
Rain warning in Himachal
According to IMD, a heavy rain warning has been issued in Himachal Pradesh till July 17. Anyway, rain havoc has been going on here for the past few days. Many routes are obstructed due to waterlogging, causing passersby to face difficulties. Heavy rain is also expected in Dehradun, Bageshwar and Nainital of Uttarakhand. A period of rain can be seen in the Kota, Jaipur, Ajmer, and Jodhpur divisions of Rajasthan.
Possibility of rain in many states
The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rain in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. There is also a possibility of rain with thunder and strong winds in Telangana, Maharashtra and Karnataka. There is a possibility of rain in various districts of Maharashtra and Gujarat. Sikkim, Manipur, and Puducherry may witness heavy rains. Heavy rains are expected in Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Mizoram and Nagaland.
