A powerful blast occurred at the Imam Bargah Khadijat-ul-Kubra on the outskirts of Islamabad, causing panic among those present.

The explosion was heard during Friday prayers. Upon receiving news of the incident, police and rescue teams rushed to the scene and began relief and rescue operations.
