Rain warning in these districts
According to the Indian Meteorological Department, very heavy rain is expected in 8 districts of Bihar. IMD said that there is a possibility of heavy rain with thunder in Nawada, Gopalganj, Siwan and Sitamarhi. Apart from these, an alert of heavy rain has been issued in Nalanda, Sheikhpura, Munger and Begusarai after the next two to three hours. There is also a possibility of a thunderstorm here.
Heavy rain in these districts till July 3
The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain in many districts of Bihar till July 3, 2025. IMD has said that heavy rain with thunder of dark clouds may continue in Buxar, Kaimur, Rohtas, Arwal, Patna and Aurangabad.
Apart from these, an alert of heavy rain has also been issued in Gaya, Jehanabad, Nalanda, Nawada, Sheikhpura, Munger and Jamui. Along with these, heavy rain may also occur in Banka, Bhagalpur, Katihar, Purnia, Araria, Kishanganj and Supaul. There may be heavy rains along with thunderstorms in Madhepura, Saharsa and West Champaran districts. Lightning is expected at many places.
Humidity persists in many places in Bihar.

Later, due to the slowing down of the monsoon, severe heat is making life difficult for people in many areas. People are suffering from the humid heat, who are waiting for the rain. In some parts of Bihar, 34 per cent less rain than normal has been recorded.
