How do you practice being mindful?

★You do not need to go to any special place, first of all you have to find a quiet place in a corner of your house.
★You have to sit on the ground in a comfortable posture by doing asanas.
★After that leave your body loose.
★Close your eyes, let your hands and your body relax completely.
★Try to feel yourself inside you.
★There is no need to take long deep breaths, follow your normal breathing process.

★Focus completely on your breathing process.

★Focus completely on your inhaler exhalation process. Even if you feel that some thought is bothering you, try to focus on your breathing process.

★You just have to observe what is as it is, you do not have to make any extra effort.

Try 10 minutes daily
