The Pova Curve 5G from Tecno was just released in India. The company is now getting ready for the launch the Pova 7 series. As to a recent source, the Google Play Console database contains the basic and Ultra Pova 7 series devices. The Ultra variant’s launch date has been hinted to in a recent leak. Also, it shared the purported handset’s design and salient characteristics. Notably, in March and September of 2024, respectively, Tecno launched the Pova 6 Pro 5G and Pova 6 Neo 5G in India.

A report by tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz) says that the Tecno Pova 7 Ultra 5G is probably going to be released in June. We can expect the phone to launch by the end of the month, even though the tipster did not specify a specific date.
The tipster revealed a design render of the Tecno Pova 7 Ultra 5G, which has a triangular rear camera module. It looks like an LED light strip runs the length of the island. The official teaser that the company released earlier this year is identical to this design. Notably, the moniker “Pova 7” has not yet been confirmed by Tecno.
The MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate processor is expected to be included in the Tecno Pova 7 Ultra 5G, says to the tipster. A 6,000mAh battery that supports 70W cable fast charging is probably built within the phone. It might have a 1.5K AMOLED screen that refreshes at 144 Hz. Rumor has it that the phone will be able to play PUBG at 120 frames per second.
The Tecno Pova 7 5G and Pova 7 Ultra 5G, model numbers LJ7 and LJ9, respectively, were recently published on the Google Play Console. According to reports, the phones run Android 15 and feature 8GB of RAM. The MediaTek Dimensity 7300 or Dimensity 7300X chipset might be included in the base model.
