Tecno Pova 7 5G: Tecno has launched its new Pova 7 5G series in India. This series includes two new smartphones – Tecno Pova 7 5G and Tecno Pova 7 Pro 5G. Both these phones are equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipset which comes with 5G support. Also, these phones have a big 6000mAh battery which supports 45W fast charging. The most special thing about these phones is the Delta Light interface at the back which shows different light effects during notifications, music and charging.
Display and Performance
Tecno Pova 7 Pro 5G has a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display that supports 144Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. Its peak brightness goes up to 4500 nits. At the same time, Pova 7 5G has a 6.78-inch Full HD+ LTPS IPS display with brightness up to 900 nits.
Both phones have MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipset which is made on 4nm process. Pova 7 Pro 5G has LPDDR5 RAM while Pova 7 5G has LPDDR4 RAM. Both the phones run HiOS 15 based on Android 15 and have Ella AI support which supports many Indian languages like Hindi, Marathi, Tamil.
Connectivity and Camera
Tecno claims that the Pova 7 5G series phones have an intelligent signal optimization system which gives better connectivity even in low network areas. It has 4×4 MIMO support which improves signal reception.
Talking about the camera section, the Pova 7 5G has a 50MP primary camera and a light sensor. At the same time, the Pova 7 Pro 5G has a 64MP Sony IMX682 sensor and an 8MP secondary sensor. Both the phones have a 13MP front camera.
Battery and other features
Both the phones have a large 6000mAh battery that supports 45W wired fast charging. Pova 7 Pro 5G also supports 30W wireless fast charging. The Delta Light interface on the back of the phone has 104 mini LED lights that show different effects during music, notifications and charging.

The starting price of Tecno Pova 7 5G is Rs 12,999 for the variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. At the same time, the price of 8GB + 256GB variant is Rs 13,999. This phone will be available in Geek Black, Magic Silver and Oasis Green color options.
At the same time, the price of Tecno Pova 7 Pro 5G is Rs 16,999 (8GB+128GB) and Rs 17,999 (8GB+256GB). This phone will come in Dynamic Gray, Geek Black and Neon Cyan colors. Both phones will be available for sale on Flipkart from July 10.
