Samsung Galaxy S25 FE: Samsung is soon going to launch its new Galaxy S25 FE by the end of this year, which will be the successor to the Galaxy S24 FE. Ahead of the launch, several leaks are coming out, which give information about the camera upgrades and other features of this phone. The special thing is that the front camera in the Galaxy S25 FE is likely to be better, giving it a premium experience in its Fan Edition series. Along with this, Samsung can launch it with the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE.
Upgraded 12 megapixel selfie camera
According to the report, the Galaxy S25 FE will have a 12-megapixel front camera. This will be the same selfie sensor used in this year’s Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 +, and Galaxy S25 Ultra models. The previous Fan Edition models had a 10-megapixel selfie camera, so this is considered a significant improvement. However, it is not yet clear whether the quality of the camera will be the same as the main series. Apart from this, it is also being said that the front camera of the Galaxy S25 FE can be similar to this year’s Galaxy A56.
No major change in the main rear camera
Samsung plans to retain the 50-megapixel main rear camera in the Galaxy S25 FE like the previous models. The same main sensor was given in the Galaxy S23 FE and Galaxy S24 FE. Apart from this, the 50-megapixel main camera will be accompanied by an 8-megapixel telephoto lens, which will have 3x optical zoom and OIS support. The phone will also include a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. Information about the rest of the sensors is not yet available.
Launch timeline and chipset options
The Galaxy S25 FE can be launched in late September or early October this year. It will be introduced alongside Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE. Talking about the chipset, the company can choose Exynos 2400e as the primary option, but if Samsung Foundry is unable to meet the production demands, then it can also use the option of MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset.
This phone is trying to give a new dimension to Samsung’s Fan Edition series, especially in terms of camera and processor. More details about this device are expected to be revealed in the coming months.
