Samsung Galaxy S25 vs. Galaxy S25 Edge: Samsung has introduced their thinnest smartphone in India as well as other countries. During the January Galaxy Unpacked event, Samsung gave a sneak peek at this phone. Like previous Galaxy S25 series devices, this Samsung phone has robust features. Display
In addition to having a larger display than the standard model, the Galaxy S25 Edge has a higher resolution. Both of these phones have displays with a maximum brightness of 2600 nits and a high refresh rate of 120 Hz. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 will be used to protect these. In-display fingerprint sensors are also supported.
Performance
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, which powers both of these phones, supports up to 512GB of internal storage and 12GB of RAM. These two phones run Android 15 with OneUI 7. The basic variant of the S25 has a 4,000mAh battery, however the S25 Edge has a 3,900mAh battery. The 25W wired and wireless charging features will be supported by both phones.
Camera
Similar to the flagship S25 Ultra model in this series, the Galaxy S25 Edge also features a 200MP camera. It will come with a 12MP ultra-wide camera. Three cameras, including a 50MP primary camera, are included in the base model. It features two 12MP and 10MP cameras. It will have a 12MP camera for video calls and selfies.
What makes it unique?
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is unique in that it has a professional-grade titanium frame and body. In addition, the regular model has a body with an aluminum frame. The company’s thinnest phone to date, the new model has a thickness of 5.8mm. Like to the Galaxy S25 Ultra, it will also include a powerful 200MP camera.
