Realme P4 5G Series: Realme is set to launch its highly awaited P4 5G and P4 Pro 5G smartphones in India on August 20. The series is said to consist of two variants, each hitting a different price segment. After issuing a series of teasers, the company has now made the camera specs of the new phones official, along with some other hardware highlights. Both phones will have dual rear cameras and big batteries, but will vary in processing capabilities and photography features.

Realme P4 Pro 5G: Dual 50MP Cameras with Pro-Level Features
The Realme P4 Pro 5G will have a dual rear camera set-up headed by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX896 sensor with optical image stabilisation for crisper and smoother photographs. Partnering with it is a 50-megapixel OV50D selfie camera for high-res selfies and video calls. The Pro variant has support for 4K recording at 60fps, in addition to HDR-enabled 4K at 30fps. Realme has also blended its Hypershot Architecture, providing Ultra Steady video, AI motion stabilisation, and innovative features such as AI Travel Snap and AI Landscape in AI Snap Mode.
Realme P4 5G: Balanced Imaging Setup
The base Realme P4 5G will come with a 50-megapixel main camera alongside an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, which will provide versatility for close-up and wide-angle shots. The phone will be able to record 4K videos and will also have the same AI camera features as the Pro model. At the back, the P4 5G will have a 16-megapixel front camera to provide clear selfies and consistent video performance for daily use.
Performance and Processing Power
Under the hood, Realme P4 Pro 5G will be driven by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, backed by a dedicated HyperVision AI GPU. The phone will also boast of a 7,000 sq mm AirFlow VC cooling system to sustain peak performance during long gaming sessions. While that, the regular P4 5G will use a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G processor with an integrated Pixelworks chip for better display and gaming visuals. Both smartphones will feature the same advanced cooling technology for continued performance.

P4 Pro 5G will feature a HyperGlow AMOLED 4D Curve+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ certification, up to 6,500 nits peak brightness, and 4,320Hz high-frequency dimming. TÜV Rheinland certification guarantees reliable eye safety with extended use. The standard P4 5G will have a flat 6.77-inch HyperGlow AMOLED display with Full-HD+ resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and up to 4,500 nits peak brightness. It also offers support for 3,840Hz PWM dimming at the hardware level with blue light reduction.
Battery and Charging Features
Both the Realme P4 5G and the P4 Pro 5G will have enormous 7,000mAh batteries. The P4 Pro 5G will come with 80W fast charging and 10W reverse charging, whereas the base model P4 5G will provide 50 percent battery life in a mere 25 minutes using the same 80W charging technology. Both devices promise longer gaming sessions, with the Pro providing more than eight hours of BGMI playtime at 90fps and the regular model offering a maximum of 11 hours. AI-enabled smart charging and bypass charging will also be provided.

With strong camera systems, best-in-class displays, and big batteries, the Realme P4 5G line promises an all-around performance for everyday and power users.
