Design and Display
The Itel Zeno 20 features a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, which offers smoother scrolling and animations than the default 60Hz screens used in most affordable smartphones. The screen is accompanied by 480 nits peak brightness, 1500:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million color support, and a waterdrop-style notch. In addition to that, it also features 10-point multitouch and 4096 levels of brightness adjustment, which makes it easier to read in various light conditions.
Performance and Software
Underlying all, the device is built around the Unisoc T7100 octa-core processor, which is optimized for basic tasks like social media usage, internet browsing, and light multitasking. Itel promises the Zeno 20 will provide long-term smoothness via its 36-month fluency warranty, maintaining performance over a long period of time. In terms of software, it is built around Android 14 Go Edition, which has been optimized for budget hardware. The light OS has features such as Landscape Mode, Dynamic Bar, Find My Phone, and an exclusive Always-On Display for charge mode.
Camera Setup
For images, the Zeno 20 has a 13MP camera at the back that is HDR-capable and has an LED flash, delivering crisp daylight photos and decent low-light images. At the front, the phone has an 8MP selfie camera sitting inside the notch, good for video calls and general selfies. The camera setup, while not as good as the mid-range competition, fits well with the budget positioning of the phone.
Battery and Other Features
The Zeno 20 carries a huge 5000mAh battery, providing full-day use on a single charge even with heavy gaming, video watching, and social media activity. It comes with DTS audio, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side fingerprint reader, face unlock, and dual SIM card support with a dedicated microSD card slot for expanding storage. There is dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS for connectivity.
Pricing and Availability
The Zeno 20 comes in two variants: a 3GB RAM + 64GB storage with a 5GB virtual RAM variant that costs ₹5,999, and a 4GB RAM + 128GB storage with an 8GB virtual RAM variant that costs ₹6,899.
