The device features a 6.78-inch touchscreen display that provides a resolution of 1260×2800 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. iQOO Neo 10 runs on an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. It is equipped with 12GB of RAM. The iQOO Neo 10 has Android 15 and is fueled by a 6100mAh non-removable battery. The iQOO Neo 10 supports proprietary fast charging.

The phone comes with a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display that has a resolution of 1260×2800 pixels. It offers a 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+, which guarantees rich visuals and silky smooth scrolling.
Processor and Memory:
The iQOO Neo 10 is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which is manufactured on a 4nm process.
