iQOO has officially confirmed that their next series will be called iQOO 15, and they have skipped the number 14. This is a trend of most Chinese brands as 14 is considered unlucky there. The poster that came out during the ChinaJoy expo in China not only confirmed the name but also made it clear that the company has already started marketing this series. Now talking about the launch date, the company has not given any confirmed date at the moment, but according to the leak, this phone can knock in China in October 2025. Some reports say that this series can come globally by the end of Q4 2025 or early Q1 2026. This time two models are being talked about – iQOO 15 and its high-end version iQOO 15 Ultra.
Expected Specifications
The iQOO 15 series is bringing a strong package for performance and gaming enthusiasts this time. It is expected to get Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset, which will come with 12GB to 16GB of RAM and 256GB to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. Talking about the display, a 6.85-inch 2K OLED screen can be seen with 165Hz refresh rate and 6000 nits brightness.
The camera setup will also be strong – four 50MP rear cameras, including a 3X periscope telephoto lens and a 50MP selfie camera. The battery can be more than 6000mAh, as well as there can be an option of fast charging from 100W to 150W and wireless charging.
The Ultra model is expected to get premium features like gaming triggers, cooling fan, Vivo’s own display chip and IP68 + IP69 rating. The iQOO 15 series is going to be a perfect flagship for both gamers and power users.

Now if we talk about its price in India, then the starting price of the base version iQOO 15 can be around ₹ 69,990. The Ultra version – which will have gaming-focused features, more storage and longer battery – can be priced above ₹ 1,00,000. This means that this phone will compete directly with those brands which are already dominating the market in terms of gaming and performance.
