Design Changes
iPhone 18 Pro is expected to hide the Face ID components under the display, which will leave only a small top-left punch-hole cut-out for the selfie camera. This will effectively remove the Dynamic Island. The rear panel may feature a new seamless single-tone glass finish in colours like burgundy, coffee brown, or purple.
Display Specs
iPhone 18 Pro phone may get a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with up to 120Hz ProMotion refresh rate. It will likely get 3000 nits of peak brightness, which will provide good visibility even in harsh sunlight conditions. Simultaneously, it is also expected to get IP68 dust and water resistance rating and Ceramic Shield glass protection.
Camera Upgrades
Apple is reportedly testing a variable aperture for the main camera, which would improve low-light photography and depth control. It may get a 48MP triple camera setup, which will include a 48MP main sensor, 48MP ultra-wide lens, and a 48MP periscope telephoto lens with 4x optical zoom, whereas in front it is expected to come with an 18MP or 24MP selfie camera.

iPhone 18 Pro phone is also expected to feature around 4000mAh to 4250mAh battery capacity, which will easily provide a battery backup of up to one day even after heavy usage. It may support 40W wired fast charging and 25W wireless charging.
New Processor
iPhone 18 Pro will likely get the Apple A20 Pro chip, built on TSMC’s advanced 2nm process. It will provide strong performance for everyday activities. The phone may come with 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM options, whereas storage options may include 256GB, 512GB, or even 1TB. It will ship with a future version of iOS 27, with a strong focus on new Apple Intelligence features.
