Google Pixel 10 Series: The month of August 2025 is going to be special for Google lovers, as there are strong rumors that the “Made by Google” event is going to happen this month. It is expected that this event will take place on August 20, and the sale can start around August 28. This time the Google Pixel series will not be limited to just two or three phones – the lineup is going to be bigger and more interesting than ever.

This year the Pixel 10 series is expected to include four models – Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The special thing is that the Fold version will be an upgraded version of the Pixel 9 Pro Fold that came last year.

Possible price of Pixel 10 Series in India

The official prices in India have not been revealed yet, but according to the leaks from the European market, we can guess it. This new series is also going to be around the pricing of the Pixel 9 series.

The 128GB version of the Pixel 10 could be priced between ₹80,000 to ₹90,000, while the 256GB variant could be priced between ₹90,000 to ₹1,00,000.

The Pixel 10 Pro could start from ₹1,00,000, and the high-end 1TB model could go up to ₹1,50,000.

The 256GB version of the Pixel 10 Pro XL could start from ₹1,20,000 and go up to ₹1,69,000 for the top variant that goes up to 1TB.

And talking about the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, this premium foldable could go from ₹1,80,000 to ₹2,30,000 – another premium option for foldable phone lovers.

Tensor G5 chip Google’s next powerhouse

This time the biggest technological leap in the Pixel 10 series is considered to be the new Tensor G5 chipset. This is Google’s own custom chip, which is being made by TSMC instead of Samsung this time. Due to this, its performance is expected to be 36% better than before, and problems like heating will also be reduced. Also, it will also have a Titan M2 security chip, which will make your data extra secure.

All models will come directly with Android 16, that is, you will also get the latest features and security updates right from the box.

Big upgrade in the camera 

The big news this time in the Pixel 10 i.e. the base model is that it is expected to get a triple camera setup for the first time. It will also have a telephoto lens, probably with 5x zoom – just like the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Yes, the size of the main and ultrawide sensors may be a little smaller, but the variety of cameras will definitely increase.

The Pro and Pro XL models will have the same old structure – 50MP main camera, 48MP ultrawide and 48MP telephoto – but this time there can be special upgrades for macro photography. It is believed that Samsung’s GN8 sensor will be used in it.

Talking about the front camera, most models can have a 10.5MP or 12MP camera, while the Pro variants can also come with an ultrawide front camera up to 42MP.

And if you make videos then be happy – there is talk of 8K@30fps video recording in Pixel 10 Pro, that too with cloud-based upscaling.

The display will also be strong 

This time the Pixel 10 will have a 6.3-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that will support a 120Hz refresh rate and its peak brightness can go up to 3,000 nits – that is, the screen will shine even in sunlight.

The Pro and Pro XL models will have LTPO OLED displays, which can adapt to a refresh rate of 1Hz to 120Hz – and it can also be bright up to 3,000 nits. The screen will be protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

The Pro model will be 6.3 inches, while the Pro XL can be 6.7 inches.

Talking about the Pro Fold, its cover display will be slightly larger – 6.4 inches, while the folding display inside will be about 8 inches. The brightness will also be strong in this.

Boost will be seen in battery and charging

In Pixel 10, you will get a battery of about 4,970mAh, which will support 29W wired and 15W Qi2 wireless charging.

The battery of Pixel 10 Pro can be 4,870mAh, while the Pro XL can be given the largest battery in Pixel history – 5,200mAh.

The battery can also be increased to 5,015mAh in Pro Fold.

Talking about charging speed, Pro XL is rumored to get wired charging up to 39W – which will be the fastest ever in a Pixel phone.

Design is the same old cute but with new changes

The design of the Pixel 10 series will be similar to the Pixel 9, that is, the same signature horizontal camera bar. But this time the Pixel 10 Pro Fold can also be given IP68 water and dust resistance – which will be a big deal for a foldable phone.

Apart from this, there is also talk of ultrasonic fingerprint sensor in Pro models – that means now the phone will unlock faster and there will be no problem of accidentally not reading the finger.

Pixel 10 will get 12GB RAM with 128GB and 256GB storage variants.

The Pro models and Fold version will have a powerful 16GB RAM, and storage will start from 128GB and go up to 1TB – especially for Pro and Pro XL.
