Google Pixel 10: If there is any smartphone launch that is most awaited in 2025, then it is the Google Pixel 10 series. Every year Pixel lovers wait for the Made by Google event, but this time the excitement is a bit more, as Google is reportedly planning to launch a full lineup. This series will include Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL and a new Pixel 10 Pro Fold – each device will come with its own unique style and features.

Expected Launch Date

This time Google is making a little twist in its launch strategy. Where earlier Pixel phones used to be launched in October, this time the “Made by Google” event is planned for 20 August 2025. For the Indian audience, this event will be available to watch on 21 August according to the time zone. Pre-orders can open with the launch, and shipment of phones is expected to start from 28 August. This time Google wants Pixel phones to get more market attention before the launch of iPhone.

Core Innovation Across the Series: Google Tensor G5

The biggest upgrade of the entire Pixel 10 series is going to be the new Google Tensor G5 chipset. This chip is based on TSMC’s 3nm process, which means tremendous improvement in both performance and efficiency. The issues of overheating and battery drain that were there in the old Tensor processors, can now be fixed to a great extent. The second major advantage of this chip is Google’s on-device AI – every photo, every task, every interaction will become even smarter and faster. Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold will be a premium foldable phone that will come in Moonstone and Jade colors with a refined design. It will have a 6.4-inch cover and 8-inch inner OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and IP68 rating.

The camera setup will include 48MP main, 10.5MP ultrawide, 10.8MP 5x zoom lens and dual 10MP selfie cameras. 16GB RAM, 256GB–1TB storage, 5,015mAh battery with 23W wired, 15W wireless charging, side fingerprint and Android v16 will give a powerful experience.

Google Pixel 10 Pro XL

Pixel 10 Pro XL is for those people who want a big and powerful phone. It will have a 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 4000 nits brightness.

Along with triple 50MP rear cameras and 50MP front camera, this phone will support 8K video recording.

It will have 16GB RAM, 256GB–1TB storage, 5100mAh battery with 45W wired, 30W wireless charging. This will be a premium flagship with in-display ultrasonic fingerprint and IP69 rating.

Google Pixel 10 Pro

Pixel 10 Pro will be a balanced flagship with 6.4-inch LTPO OLED display, 120Hz refresh rate and 4000 nits brightness.

It will have 50MP main (Samsung GNV), 48MP telephoto, 48MP ultrawide (Sony IMX858) and 48MP selfie camera. Will also support 8K and 4K video recording.

The phone will have 16GB RAM, 256GB–1TB storage, 4,700mAh battery, 45W wired and 30W wireless charging. Will come with Android v16, IP69 rating, in-display fingerprint and face unlock.

Google Pixel 10

Pixel 10 being the base model of this series, comes with flagship features. Its price can be between ₹69,990 to ₹74,999.

It has a 6.3-inch 120Hz OLED display, 50MP main (Samsung GN8), 12MP ultrawide, 10.8MP telephoto and 10.5MP selfie camera.

It supports 12GB RAM, 128GB/256GB storage, 4,970mAh battery with 29W wired, 15W wireless charging. It comes with Android v16, face unlock, in-display fingerprint and IP68/IP69 rating.
