Google Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL: It is still time for the launch, but all the information that should have been available about the Google Pixel 10 series has now come out. Earlier the specs of Pixel 10 were revealed, and now AndroidHeadlines has leaked the full specifications of Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL. And the interesting thing is that these leaks are in great detail – meaning everything from display to battery, camera, processor is out in the open.
Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL
The overall design and features of both phones are quite similar, but there are some key differences between them that make them different. The biggest difference is in the display size and battery capacity. Pixel 10 Pro will have a 6.3-inch OLED LTPO display, whose resolution will be 2856 x 1280 pixels. Whereas the Pixel 10 Pro XL is a little bigger – it will come with a 6.8-inch display, which uses the same high-end OLED LTPO panel.
In terms of display, both phones have an adaptive refresh rate of 1Hz to 120Hz, which is very useful for saving battery. Peak brightness is also tremendous – up to full 3000 nits will be supported, meaning the screen will be visible very clearly even in direct sunlight.
Battery and charging
Now let’s talk about battery and charging. Pixel 10 Pro will have a 4,870mAh battery pack that supports up to 29W wired charging. But if you buy Pro XL, you will get a big 5,200mAh battery that supports 39W wired charging. Meaning, for those who do a lot of gaming or heavy usage, Pro XL can be a better choice.
And yes, both phones will also support wireless charging – 15W wireless charging is provided through Qi2 standard. So if you have a wireless device, then there is no need to worry about cable.
Camera department
As soon as Google’s name comes up, everyone remembers the camera, and this time too the camera setup in the Pro models is quite amazing. Both phones have a 42MP selfie shooter on the front, which can easily manage everything – be it low light or portrait.
Teen cameras have been given in the rear as well – the primary sensor is 50MP, an ultra-wide lens is 48MP, and a periscope telephoto camera has also been given which supports 5x optical zoom. Meaning there will be no loss of image quality even on zooming, and you will be able to easily take long distance shots.
No compromise in performance
Both models will have Google’s next-generation Tensor G5 processor, which will be the most advanced chip from the company till now. You will get 16GB of RAM in the battery – meaning no matter how much multitasking you do, there will be no lag or slowdown.
Storage options are also great – 256GB, 512GB and even 1TB variants will be available. But interestingly, the base model of the Pixel 10 Pro starts at 128GB, while the Pro XL has a base storage of 256GB.
Why is the battery of Pixel 10 Pro smaller than the Pixel 10?
Another curious thing that has come to light in this leak is that the battery of the Pixel 10 Pro will be slightly smaller than the base Pixel 10. This is because the Pro model has a special vapor chamber cooling system, which is not available in the basic Pixel 10. This cooling system does not heat up the phone too much and the performance remains smooth.
Launch Date
Now if you are wondering when these phones will come in the market, then according to the leak, Pixel 10 series is going to be launched on 20 August. And the sale is expected to start from 28 August. So if you are a Google fan or want a camera-heavy phone, then wait a little more, and then you will have a powerful Pixel phone in your hand.
At last I am saying this much
Google Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL both phones are becoming very strong contenders in the premium category. From display to camera, from processor to battery – Google is fully prepared to compete with the competition in everything. Now we have to see what the price is, because that will decide how much this phone will create a stir in the Indian market.
So, now we have to wait for the launch and fingers crossed – maybe Google will win your heart this time with the right price!
