New Thriller OTT Release: Nowadays, there is nothing that comes on OTT, but there are some films that go straight to the heart without any big noise. One such film was released on Amazon Prime Video this Wednesday, and it has been a success. Imagine it received a standing ovation at the Venice Film Festival, and now this film reveals the bitter truths of India’s villages and the fight for humanity with such honesty that you will be shaken.

The name of this film is ‘Stolen’. Karan Tejpal directs it, and you will be surprised to know that this is his first film! So much amazing from the debut film itself, have to admit! This is a thriller film in which two brothers (our Abhishek Banerjee and Shubham Vardhan) get stuck in such trouble when the child of a tribal woman is kidnapped.

This film was made in 2023, and its world premiere took place at the Venice Film Festival. In 2024, it also had a special screening at the London Film Festival, and now, in 2025, it has finally arrived on OTT.
The entire team has worked very hard to make this film. Abhishek Banerjee spent 4 months with the tribal community of Chhattisgarh to get into character and learnt their dialect and mannerisms. Shubham Vardhan lost 12 kgs for his role! With such dedication and hard work, why can’t the film be good?
