UP TET 2026: The application process for the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2026 has commenced. Students can apply for UP TET 2026 until April 26. OTR Mandatory Before Applying
To apply for the UP TET examination, you must complete a One-Time Registration (OTR). Therefore, candidates are required to complete the OTR process first by providing the necessary details. Subsequently, they will be able to complete and submit the application form by logging in and filling in the remaining information.

A website named ‘uptet2026.in’ has been created under the guise of UP TET; however, this site is entirely fraudulent and misleading. All candidates are strongly advised to complete the application form exclusively via the official website: upessc.up.gov.in.
How to Apply for UP TET 2026
* Visit the official website: upessc.up.gov.in.
* Under the ‘NOTICE BOARD’ section, click on ‘Click Here’ located beneath the entry for the ‘U.P. Teacher Eligibility Test — Online Application Form’.
* Click on ‘New Candidate’ and fill in the requested information.
* Complete the application form by providing the remaining details.
* Pay the prescribed application fee, submit the form, and take a printout for future reference.
Application Fee
To appear for this examination, candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹1,000. Additionally, the fee has been set at ₹500 for candidates from the SC and ST categories and ₹300 for candidates with disabilities (Divyang). The application fee can be paid online.
