UPSC Prelims 2025 Result : For the aspirants who have given the UPSC pre-examinations in 2025, a layer of curiosity is bubbling underneath. Millions of students take the civil services exam every year. With each year, the excitement and anxiety that accompany the wait for results begin to build, and this year’s pre-exam has been no different.
The UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination was held on 25 May 2025. Going by the trend of the previous years, the results came out about 15 to 20 days from the date of examination. So, the UPSC Prelims 2025 results will be declared sometime in the second week of June. Experts predict that it can be released sometime between 10 June and 15 June. However, there is no official confirmation from the UPSC about the date of result release.
Once the result is live, there are simple steps to check it online. Simply go onto the official UPSC website upsc.gov.in. The results are made available in a PDF where one can press Ctrl + F to check for their respective roll numbers.
If your name appears on the list with the roll number, the next step would be to prepare for the Mains. Although, before that, it is appropriate to fill and submit the DAF-I, which is the Detailed Application Form. As per precedent, the UPSC would normally open the window for submission of this form immediately after the announcement of the results, so it is suggested to have your relevant documents and details ready ahead of time.
Honestly speaking, time should have been running without interruption, since, during this period, waiting for the result, should have been marked by preparation. Mains would obviously demand serious sort of mind-energy and application, but now is the perfect time to concentrate and stay dedicated in study.
Now, just a couple more days and result announcements will be upon us. Meanwhile, every agent is flipping through those notes on subjects, optional subjects, and current affairs. Every moment counts, no pun intended.
