When was the exam held?
The CDS-I exam was held on April 12, 2026. A total of 451 candidates will be recruited through this exam. Following the release of the answer key, candidates are now awaiting their results. All candidates are advised to regularly visit the official website for updates regarding the results.

The CDS-I exam was conducted in three shifts. The first shift ran from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, the second shift from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and the third shift from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

How to Calculate Marks Using the CDS Answer Key 2026?

English & GK: Each correct answer +0.83 marks.
Mathematics: Each correct answer is worth +1.0 mark.
Negative Marking: For every incorrect Answer, 1/3rd of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted.
English/ GK Penalty: -0.27
Maths Penalty: -0.33
