UP PGT Admit Card Released: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission has released the admit cards for the UP PGT Recruitment Examination 2022. Candidates who applied for this recruitment examination can visit the Commission’s official website, upessc.up.gov.in, to download their hall tickets. According to the notification issued by the Commission, the PGT examination will be conducted on May 9 and 10 across various districts of the state.

The admit card will contain details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, examination centre, exam timing, and essential instructions. Students appearing for the examination are advised to arrive at the examination centre well in advance of the scheduled time and to carry a valid photo identity card. No candidate will be permitted to enter the examination centre without a valid admit card.

How to Download the Admit Card
To download the UP PGT Admit Card 2026, visit the official website at upessc.up.gov.in.
Click on ‘PGT Admit Card’ on the website’s homepage.
Now, on the new page, select your examination city first.
Enter your Application Number or Mobile Number, Father’s Name, and Date of Birth.
Enter the security code and click the ‘Search’ button.
Your admit card will now appear on the screen.
Now, download it and print it out.

When will the examination be held?
The UP PGT Recruitment Examination will be conducted at 319 examination centres across 17 districts of the state: Agra, Aligarh, Prayagraj, Azamgarh, Bareilly, Basti, Banda, Ayodhya, Gorakhpur, Jhansi, Kanpur Nagar, Lucknow, Meerut, Mirzapur, Moradabad, Saharanpur, and Varanasi. The first shift of the examination will be held from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and the second shift from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

The Commission has instructed all candidates to strictly adhere to the rules during the examination. Candidates are prohibited from carrying mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, or any other electronic gadgets into the examination centre.
