SWAYAM January 2025 Semester Exam Result : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially declared the result of SWAYAM January 2025 semester examination. This result has been released only for Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. All the candidates who appeared in this exam can check their result by visiting the official website exams.nta.ac.in/swayam.
How to check result
To see the result, candidates have to click on the link on the homepage of the website. After this they have to enter their application number and date of birth. After logging in, the result will appear on the screen, which can also be downloaded.
Exam event and mode
This year the SWAYAM semester examination was conducted on 17th, 18th, 24th, 25th and 31st of May. The exam was conducted in two modes—Computer Based Test (CBT) and Hybrid Mode (CBT + Pen and Paper). The exam was conducted at 310 examination centers set up in 227 cities across the country.
Exam related figures
A total of 1,22,048 candidates had registered for the CBT exam, out of which 1,04,886 candidates appeared in the exam. At the same time, 2,226 candidates registered for the hybrid mode, out of which 1,864 appeared for the exam. A total of 1,06,750 candidates participated in this exam.
Which courses were examined
This time the SWAYAM exam was conducted for a total of 589 courses, out of which 524 were in CBT and 65 in hybrid mode. The medium of the exam was in English language, although the medium was different for language related subjects.
Hybrid mode result not out yet
At present, NTA has released the result of only CBT mode. The result of hybrid mode exam is not out yet. Its results will be announced separately soon.
NTA’s role is limited
NTA has clarified that its role is limited to taking applications, conducting the exam, releasing the score and submitting the result to the Ministry of Education. Score cards and certificates will be issued by the respective national coordinators only.
