SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2025 OUT – Check JSO & SI Grade-II Cut-off at ssc.gov.in

SSC CGL 2025: SSC CGL Tier 1 Result: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the result of the SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1 examination. This exam was conducted between September and October 2025. After the results are released, candidates can check their scores on the official SSC website at ssc.gov.in. The Tier 1 exam is qualifying in nature and is used to shortlist candidates for Tier 2.

Minimum Qualifying Marks for Tier-1
For General Category – 30%
For OBC and EWS – 25%
For all other categories – 20%

Cut-off Released, Separate Standards for JSO and SI Posts
The commission had also set minimum qualifying marks for Tier 1: 30% for the General category, 25% for OBC and EWS, and 20% for other categories. The cut-off for the Junior Statistical Officer post was 153.46 marks for the General category. The cut-offs for OBC, EWS, SC, and ST categories were 153.46, 151.58, 137.29, and 136.40 marks, respectively. A total of 6,196 candidates have been selected for Tier 2 in this category.

Tier 2 Exam Likely in January 2026
For the Statistical Investigator Grade-II post, the cut-off for the General category was 152.47 marks, EWS 152.14 marks, OBC 150.51 marks, SC 137.16 marks, and ST 130.16 marks. 2,781 candidates were successful in this category. The commission stated that the results of 49 candidates have been withheld due to court cases or other reasons. According to the SSC, the Tier 2 examination may be conducted in the third week of January 2026. Through this recruitment, 14,582 posts will be filled in various departments of the central government.
