Rajasthan Board to Conduct Class 10 Exams Twice a Year, Know Updates

New Delhi: If your child is studying in the tenth grade of the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, they will now have the option to take the board exams twice. The Rajasthan Board has also decided to conduct the high school exams twice. This move is being seen as following the CBSE’s lead.

The exams were held in February and March. Now, starting next year, in 2027, the exams will be held again in May and June. This will prove to be a gift for students. The Rajasthan Board shared this information through the social media platform X. However, the board has not yet released the exam timetable.

Which exams will be mandatory?

According to the Rajasthan Board, participation in the first stage of board exams will be mandatory. No student will be able to skip these exams and directly participate in the second stage. Therefore, it will be very important for students who can take advantage of the opportunity to take part in the first stage of exams.

How many subjects will be available for the second stage of exams?

According to information previously shared by the board, students who pass all subjects will be able to take exams to improve their scores in any three subjects. Furthermore, students who fail can also take supplementary exams in three subjects. Both exams will be based on the entire syllabus.

Most importantly, the best marks of students will be considered valid in the final result. This step has been taken to provide more opportunities for students, reduce exam pressure, and improve results.

When can the 10th result be released?

The Rajasthan Board has shared important information regarding the RBSE 10th Result 2026 in a tweet. The post states, “An update on the Rajasthan Board Class 10 Result 2026 will be released soon.”

Students should keep their roll numbers ready. More information will be shared soon. It is expected that the results will be announced before March 25th. Students will need to visit the official website to check their results.
