JEE Main 2026: There is big news for candidates appearing in the JEE Main exam session 2. There is good news for all students who were unable to apply on the scheduled dates. At the students’ request, the National Testing Agency has reopened the JEE Main application window, which will remain open until 9 pm on March 13, 2026.

After applying, students can deposit the application fee till 11 pm. Please note that the application form can be filled out only on the official NTA website at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The National Testing Agency has shared this information on the social media platform X. In the post, it wrote: “Application Window Reopened!” The application window for JEE (Main) 2026 – Session 2 will be reopened by the NTA upon candidates’ requests.

How do I fill out the form myself?

Visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in
Click on “Registration for JEE(Main)-2026 [Session-II] is LIVE!” under “LATEST NEWS.”
First register by clicking on the “New Registration” link.

Candidates should complete the application process by uploading other details, including their photograph and signature.

Finally, submit the form by paying the required fee.

Take a printout of the form for future use.

What are the exam dates?
The National Testing Agency will conduct the JEE Main Session 2 exam from April 2nd to 9th, 2026, at designated exam centres across the country.

The exam city slip will be released 10 days prior to the exam date. Additionally, the admit card will be available for download four days prior to the exam. Students are advised to visit the official website for the latest updates.

According to the public notice, the online application process was initially open from February 1st to February 25th, 2026. The Session 2 exam is scheduled to be held between April 2nd and April 9th, 2026.
