OUAT Result 2025 Declared : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key for the UGC NET June 2025 examination. All students who have taken this examination can check the provisional answer key, the exam question paper, and recorded responses on the NTA website ugcnet.nta.ac.in. This provisional answer key shall be applicable for all 85 subjects under which UGC NET was conducted in June 2025.

Guide to Download Answer Key and Response Sheet

The candidates can download the answer key provisionally after signing in with their application number and date of birth or password. Once these details are given for login, they will be able to view and download their response sheet, question paper, and answer key for reference. This will give students a feel for how many they might score and how they feel about their performance.

Objection Window Open Until July 8.

The objection window is open for the candidates to challenge the provisional answer key in case of any discrepancies. The objection window will remain functional from July 6, 2025, until 5 PM on July 8, 2025. An amount of ₹200 per question would be charged as a non-refundable fee for the objection raised. The payment could be made through debit/credit cards, net banking, and UPI.

Steps to Raise Objections.

While raising the objections, they will log in to the answer key challenge portal and select the question IDs they want to challenge. They will also upload the supporting documents or academic references for validation. After selecting the questions and uploading the documents, they will have to pay the objection fee and finally submit the form before the deadline. Objections raised without proper documentation or without payment will not be entertained.

Post-objection Process and Final Key

Post-closure of the objection window, NTA shall consider the challenges with the help of subject experts. In case, any challenge is found valid, that particular answer key will be modified appropriately. The final answer key will thereafter be released, which will be based on that modification, and the UGC NET 2025 results will be declared based on the final answer key. Candidates will not be informed individually about the status of their objections so they need to keep checking the official website for updates.

Exam Overview

The examination of UGC NET for June 2025 was a Computer Based Test (CBT) which was conducted from June 25 to June 29, 2025. The examinations were conducted during two shifts every day – said shifts begin from 9 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM- in all centers across the length and breadth of the country. Thousands of candidates emerged for the examination in 85 subjects as it is the qualifying examination for eligibility in Assistant Professorship and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).
