The Medical Counselling Committee has postponed the process of choice-filling and choice-locking for the first round of National Eligibility Entrance Test counselling. As per the pre-decided schedule, the seat allocation result of the first round of NEET UG counselling was to be released on 6 August 2025. But now the dates of the seat distribution program have been changed. Anyway, this is the third revision program for the dates of counselling. Revised schedule of NEET UG counselling
According to the revised schedule of NEET UG counselling, it has been decided to extend the time period for registration for the first round till 3 pm on August 6. With this, choice filling will now be open till August 7. Choice locking can be done between August 6 and August 7. Earlier, the last date for registration was August 3.
The last date for choice filling was August 4. Eligible medical candidates can complete the Round 1 registration and payment process through the official website. Also, the reset registration option will be closed on August 6 at 12 noon. After the choice filling and locking window, the seat allocation process will be started on August 7 and 8. The Round 1 seat allocation result will be declared on August 9.
