NEET UG Answer Key 2026: The National Testing Agency conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) 2026 on May 3, 2026, at various centres in India and abroad. The provisional answer key has now been released for candidates who appeared in the exam. The answer key is available as a PDF on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Students who appeared for the exam can download the provisional answer key from the website. A window has also been opened for submitting objections to the NTA answer key.

If any student has doubts about an answer, they can raise them by paying the prescribed fee within the specified timeframe. These objections will then be reviewed, and the final answer key and result will be released based on these criteria. Additionally, the scanned OMR answer sheet will be made available on the official website soon. Students will be able to submit objections within the stipulated timeframe. To file an objection, you will have to pay ₹200 per question.

How to Download the Answer Key?
Visit the official NEET UG website at neet.nta.nic.
Click on the ‘NEET UG Provisional Answer Key 2026’ link.
As soon as you click the link, the answer key will open.
Download the answer key and save it for future reference.

When was the exam held?
The NEET UG exam was held on May 3, 2026, with approximately 96 per cent of students appearing. Out of approximately 22.75 lakh registered candidates, 22.5 lakh appeared for the exam. After the exam concluded, candidates were eagerly awaiting the provisional answer key and results. Students are awaiting their results.

A fee of ₹200 will be required.
Candidates may challenge questions by submitting objections to the answer key, for which a fee of ₹200 will be charged per question. A committee of experts will then evaluate these objections, and based on their review, the final answer key and results will be released.

How to Raise Objections Against the Answer Key?

Visit the official NEET website at neet.nta.nic.
Click on the NEET Answer Key Objection Window link.
Enter your login credentials, such as your Application Number and Date of Birth.
Select the questions against which you wish to raise an objection.
Upload the supporting document (PDF) that substantiates your answer.
Pay the objection processing fee, then click ‘Submit’.
Finally, save the PDF file of the answer key.
