Friends, last month’s car sales data has been released, and very interesting information has come out in it. Especially Toyota company has done wonders in the Indian market. The company has created a new record by selling 18,700 vehicles in the last month i.e. April 2024.
Toyota sales jump:
Toyota sold 18,700 vehicles in April 2024, which is 32% more than April 2023.
The Glanza model contributed the most to the company’s sales, with 4,380 units sold.
Toyota HiCross (4,276 units), Hyrider (3,252 units), and Innova Crysta (2,827 units) also managed to sell well.
However, sales of Fortuner (2,325 units) and Camry (179 units) saw a decline.

Toyota Glanza, which starts at Rs 6.86 lakh, was the best selling car.
This car is equipped with a 1.2-liter petrol engine which generates power of 90bhp and torque of 113Nm.
Glanza gives a mileage of up to 22.9 kmpl.
Toyota Hycross and Hyrider were also liked by the customers.
Both these cars are available in 1.5-litre petrol engine and 1.5-litre mild hybrid petrol engine options.
It’s been a great month for Toyota. The company not only created records in sales but also won the hearts of customers.
