CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SCHEMES: The Modi Government has launched many excellent schemes during its tenure, which is no less than a boon for poor families.

Crop Insurance Scheme

This scheme of the Central Government is for farmers. Under this scheme, such farmers of the country whose crops are destroyed due to disaster.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, the government provides insurance cover of up to Rs 2 lakh in case of crop damage. For this, farmers have to pay only 50% of the insurance premium. The remaining 50 percent is given by the government.

Ujjwala Scheme

This scheme of the Modi government has been started to provide the facility of LPG gas connection to the economically weaker families of the country.

So that women do not have to face other problems like smoking while cooking and they can cook clean food for themselves and the entire family.

Free Sewing Machine Scheme

Many excellent schemes have been launched by the Modi government to make women self-reliant and empowered. One of these is the Free Sewing Machine Scheme.

Under this scheme, free sewing machines are provided to women from economically weaker sections of the country to do their employment.

Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana

The Central Government started this scheme in the year 2023 for artisans and craftsmen. Under this scheme, loans of up to Rs 1 lakh are given to the youth of the country who belong to the carpenter, carpenter, sculptor, and potter community. At the same time, about 5% interest has to be paid on this loan.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana

Under the Government’s Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, families belonging to the weaker sections of the country are given financial assistance to build their own houses. Under this scheme, people in rural areas get assistance of around Rs 1,30,000 and people in urban areas get around Rs 1,20,000.
