The Aadhar card is issued by UIDAI, but sometimes folks accidentally input incorrect information when applying. Luckily, UIDAI allows for some changes to be made.
There are various details on the Aadhar card that you can update multiple times. However, some pieces of information have strict limits. If you don’t get those right the first time, you might not get another shot.
For instance, you can update your address on the Aadhar card as many times as you need. But when it comes to certain details, like your date of birth, you only get one chance to fix it. If you miss that, you’ll have to stick with the wrong date.
The same goes for gender; you can only change it once. If you accidentally entered the wrong gender, you have just one opportunity to correct it. Make a mistake there, and you’ll be stuck with the incorrect information.
