Once on the website, you’ll need to find the ‘Verify Email/Mobile’ service. Select this option. Next, you’ll need to enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and the email or mobile number you want to verify.
Submit an OTP request to the system. If the OTP arrives immediately, it means your Aadhaar is active and linked to your mobile or email. If the OTP doesn’t arrive or an error appears, it may indicate deactivation.
Checking the Status with the mAadhaar App
You can also check your Aadhaar status through the mAadhaar app. If you log in to the app and your profile opens, your Aadhaar is definitely active.
