What is SBI’s Yono Cash Facility?

YONO Cash is SBI’s cardless cash withdrawal facility which is being provided through the YONO SBI mobile app. With its help, customers can withdraw money from SBI ATMs, merchant points of sale (POS) and customer service points (CSP) without a debit card. For this, they have to generate a YONO Cash PIN in the app.

How to withdraw money through YONO Cash?

Withdrawing money from SBI ATM without a debit card has now become very easy. Through YONO Cash, customers can withdraw money and shop not only from ATMs but also at SBI POS terminals. That is, now both shopping and cash withdrawal are possible at one place – that too without a card. How to withdraw money from ATM using YONO Cash

Step 1: Log in to YONO SBI app and go to the ‘YONO Cash’ tab.

Step 2: Select the delivery channel – ATM, POS, CSP or Shopping.

Step 3: Enter the amount you want to withdraw and select the account (primary account is automatically pre-selected).

Step 4: Create YONO Cash PIN for the transaction which will appear on the screen.

Step 5: A transaction reference number will be generated, which will be valid for 4 hours.

Step 6: Go to your chosen channel (ATM/POS/CSP) and submit the amount, transaction reference number and YONO Cash PIN.

Step 7: Withdraw the entire amount in one go.

After the transaction is completed, you will receive a debit alert on the registered mobile number. Also, the transaction details can be seen in the YONO app.
