According to the Food and Civil Supplies Department, if you have a ration card linked to Aadhaar, then it is mandatory to do e-KYC within the next 15 days. If e-KYC is not done within the stipulated time, then your name will be removed from the ration card list. Not only this, but after this, your ration card will not be activated again.

Do not wait for the last date
District Logistics Officer Dr. Nikita Rathore has appealed to the eligible consumers not to wait for the last date and complete the process of Aadhaar seeding and e-KYC as soon as possible. She said that due to technical difficulties or a crowd in the last days, the process may get delayed, due to which the names of many people may be removed from the list. At the same time, consumers who have an LPG gas connection have been advised to get their LPG ID linked to the ration card. This will enable them to get the benefits of the gas subsidy and other government schemes on time.
