Ration Card KYC: Major news for Ration Card holders. The Indian government has taken a major step to ensure that the benefits of the National Food Security Scheme (NFSA) reach the right people. It is now mandatory for ration card holders to complete e-KYC (electronic KYC). This step is aimed at increasing transparency in the scheme and preventing fraudulent beneficiaries. The government has made it so easy that you can complete it from the comfort of your home using your mobile phone.
If anyone experiences technical difficulties with this process, they can also complete it offline by visiting the nearest ration dealer or Common Service Center (CSC). According to the new rules, e-KYC must be updated every five years. This means that if you last completed e-KYC in 2020, it is now essential to update it immediately. This process will not only ensure that the benefits of the ration scheme reach the right people, but will also reduce the likelihood of corruption and fraud.
Face e-KYC and app-based verification have made this extremely simple. Now, with just a few clicks, you can verify your identity and seamlessly benefit from the scheme. You can complete the process from the comfort of your home using Face e-KYC on your smartphone.
