Rajasthan Budget 2026 Live Update: The Rajasthan government’s annual budget for 2026-27 will be presented on Wednesday, February 11th. Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Diya Kumari will present the budget in the state assembly on February 11th.
The Finance Minister will present the budget for the third consecutive time in the House at 11 am. The people of Rajasthan have high hopes for this budget. It is being said that the upcoming budget will benefit youth, farmers, women, and all sections of society. The total budget size is expected to be around ₹6 lakh crore. What was announced in the last budget?
In the last budget, the government announced the Rajasthan Employment Policy-2025, the Vivekananda Employment Assistance Fund of ₹500 crore, the creation of 125,000 new positions, and a Gig and Unorganised Workers Development Fund of ₹350 crore. In the health sector, nutrition kits for pregnant women were provided for ₹25 crore, and the CM Amrit Aahar Yojana, worth ₹200 crore, was implemented.
Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma stated in a social media post that tomorrow will be a historic day for Rajasthan. This budget, titled “Developed Rajasthan 2047,” embodying Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mantra of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas,” will prove to be a strong roadmap for the state’s progress. He described it as a “respect for faith, a support for Antyodaya, and a new impetus for the economy.” He congratulated Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Diya Kumari and her entire team.
