Will there be a ban on the bank account?

According to PNB, if an account holder does not update the KYC documents of his account within the time limit, then a partial or full ban can be imposed on his account. However, this rule does not apply to all account holders. This applies only to those customers whose KYC is pending till June 30, 2025.

PNB clarified that this update is necessary only for those account holders whose KYC was last done a long time ago. Now the date of the update is also near. PNB requested the customers to submit their identity proof, address proof, recent photo or PAN card and Form 60 income proof, not updated with mobile number or any other KYC document in their branch.
