PM Scholarship Scheme for Students 2025: Schemes are run by the government for young students. Through these schemes, the government provides financial assistance to the students. Similarly, the government is running the Pradhan Mantri Scholarship Scheme 2025. Through this scheme, financial assistance is given to OBC students for further education. Through this scheme, financial assistance is given to those students who have scored 100% marks in the 10th and 12th board examinations.

The last date for online application in this scheme has been kept as 31 August 2025. Therefore, eligible students should get their registration done as soon as possible.

Which students can apply

PM Scholarship Scheme

Under this scheme, OBC students are given benefits. At the same time, the annual income of the parents of such students should be less than Rs 2.5 lakh. Students studying in class 9 or class 11 can apply for this scheme. At the same time, the students should study in a school that has consistently given 100 percent results in class 10th and 12th board examinations. Students fulfilling all these conditions can apply.

How much scholarship will be given?

Through the PM Scholarship Scheme, students studying in class 9 are given a scholarship of Rs 75,000, and students studying in class 11 are given a scholarship of Rs 1,25,000. This amount is sent directly to the students’ accounts.

Method of application

  • For this, students have to go to the NSP portal, scholarships.gov.in, and register.
  • After this, the ‘NSP OTR’ app (available on the Google Play Store) has to be downloaded.
  • It is necessary to generate a One Time Registration (OTR) number by doing Aadhaar-based face authentication through the app.
  • The mobile number linked to Aadhaar has to be given. If the student is a minor and does not have an Aadhaar, then the Aadhaar of the parents can be used.
