PM Kisan Installment Update– PM Kisan 20th installment date: There is a relief news for crores of farmers across the country waiting for the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM-Kisan). The central government has announced the date for releasing the 20th installment. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, this installment will be released from Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh on 2 August 2025. During this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will transfer the installment of this scheme across the country through video conferencing.

Money will be directly transferred to the account

Under the scheme, an amount of Rs 2,000 each will be transferred directly to the bank accounts of the farmers. In this program to be held on August 2, lakhs of farmers from across the country will join through virtual and physical medium. According to government estimates, this time also about 9.3 crore farmers will get the benefit of this installment.

How many installments have you received so far

The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was started in 2019. Under this, an amount of Rs 6,000 is given to eligible farmers every year in three equal installments. So far 19 installments have been given to the farmers and the 20th installment will be given on August 2. Farmers associated with this scheme get Rs 2,000 every four months.

Farmers can check their PM-Kisan status by visiting the official website pmkisan.gov.in. It is important to note that only those farmers will be able to avail the benefits of this scheme who have completed e-KYC and land record verification on time.

The central government says that this scheme provides financial security to the farmers and helps in the expenses related to farming. As soon as the money is transferred on August 2, an SMS alert will also be sent to the bank accounts.

How to check beneficiary status?

1. First of all go to the official website pmkisan.gov.in .

2. Click on “Beneficiary Status” or “Farmer Status” option on the homepage.

3. Enter your Aadhaar number, mobile number or registration number.

4. Press the Get Data / Get Status button.

5. Your installment status and payment details will appear on the screen.
