What is Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is an ambitious scheme run by the Government of India, under which small and marginal farmers are given financial assistance of ₹ 6 thousand every year. Many times the money of PM Kisan gets stuck due to lack of e-KYC. If you have not got your e-KYC done yet, then you can do it very easily. For this, first of all, you have to either open the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi website (pmkisan.gov.in) on your mobile or use its app.

How to do e-KYC online

Open the PM Kisan website (pmkisan.gov.in) or app.

Go to the option of ‘eKYC’.

Enter your Aadhaar number.

An OTP will be sent to the number linked to Aadhaar.

As soon as you enter the OTP, your verification will be done and e-KYC will be completed.

What to do if you cannot do e-KYC online

If your e-KYC is not being done through mobile, then you will have to go to your nearest Common Service Center (CSC) or State Service Center and get your e-KYC done. Your e-KYC will be completed through your fingerprint at the CSC center. This is a simple and reliable method, especially for those who have trouble with the online process.
