Farmers in Haryana are taking a lot of interest in the “Meri Fasal, Mera Byora” portal. The registration date was extended by the government from August 31 to September 10. So far, over 11.71 lakh companies have registered on the portal throughout the state covering a total area of 68.74 lakh acres.
Farmers continue to add details for Kharif cropping season. Hisar district is leading in Haryana with over 1.05 lakh farmers who have registered for 6.08 lakh acres, while Faridabad district is the bottom with just 4,915 farmers growing crops on 34,575 acres.
Up to now, Mahendragarh district has recorded 89,416 farmers with crop details registered. The district has the third most active farmers in Haryana. The total registered area for Mahendragarh district is 4.23 lakh acres and recently just from one village, 2,080 acres were newly added.
In the district, 11,154 acres are under special checking. Out of these, 844 acres are already verified. Across the state, 3.91 lakh acres are under checking, and 88,208 acres are verified.

To join the “Natural Farming Happy Farmer Scheme”, visit agriharyana.gov.in and click on “Registration”.
Enter your details and verify your phone number with OTP.
Fill in your personal, land, and crop details.
Answer simple questions about your farming.
Give details of three nearby farmers for checking.
After checking by the officers, your registration will be done.
