Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has announced a tremendous offer on its popular sedan Dezire (Dzire) in early October. After the new GST 2.0, this car has seen a big cut in prices, which has now made it easier to buy it than before. Dezire has become the nation’s No.1 car three times in the last four months, and now the company is offering it with an even more attractive look and features. Let’s know, what is the specialty of New Dezire 2025.
Price
If you are planning to buy a Dezire, then this time is perfect for you. The X showroom price of the new Maruti Suzuki Dezire now starts at Rs 6,25,600, up from Rs 6,83,999 earlier. That means you are getting an advantage of around 87,700 rupees. Apart from this, the company is also offering additional discount benefits of up to 2,500 rupees this month. In this way, Dezire has now become more value for money car than before.

Design
By looking at the new Dezire 2025, you will recognize at a glance that it is not just a facelift but a next generation update. The front bumpers of the car are given a more aggressive design, while LED headlights with horizontal DRLs give it a modern look. The wide chrome grille, stylish fog lamp housing, and the shoulder line that emerged on the side profile make it more bold than before. Y-shape LED taillights at the rear, shark fin antennae, and boot lid spoiler increase the car’s premium appeal.
Interior and features
If inside, the interior of the new Dezire features a stunning premium finish with beige and black theme. The Fox Wood Accent on the dashboard gives the car’s cabin a luxury touch. It now has a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports both wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Also, features such as cruise control, rear AC vents, single pan sunroof, and analog driver display make the driving experience even more spectacular.
Safety
Maruti Suzuki has also brought Dezire to a new level this time in terms of safety. It is the company’s first car to receive a 5-star safety rating in both GNCAP and BNCAP. In addition, the car has advanced safety features such as 6 airbags (standard), rear parking sensors, electronic stability control (ESC) and 360-degree cameras, which are not usually found in this segment.

Engine and performance
If the engine and performance are concerned, the new Dezire has the same reliable engine used in the Swift 1.2-liter, three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine. This engine generates power of 80bhp and torque of 112Nm. It is paired with both a 5-speed manual and AMT transmission, so that every driver can get the option on their own. This engine is not only smooth but also performs brilliantly in terms of mileage.
