What is the method of making Daliya Upma?

Step 1 – First, you’ll need to put some ghee or oil in a pan. Then, add the lentils and fry them until they turn light golden brown.

Step 2- Now heat oil in a pan, add chickpeas, mustard seeds, and black gram lentils, and fry until golden brown. Then add curry leaves and green chillies and fry until golden brown.

Step 3 – If desired, you can also add peas, carrots, and tomatoes. Add a little salt and turmeric, then cook for 2-3 minutes. Then, add 2 to 2 1/2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
