Mahila Samridhi Yojana: The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) government of Delhi has announced the ‘Mahila Samridhi Yojana’. This scheme was promised by the BJP before the Delhi Assembly elections. Under this scheme, women of Delhi will be given Rs 2500 every month.
The Delhi government has also laid down some terms and conditions with the scheme, which have been questioned by the Aam Aadmi Party. If you are also waiting for Rs 2500 every month under the ‘Mahila Samridhi Yojana’, then wait a bit and read the rules of the scheme carefully. A large number of women will be out of eligibility for this scheme due to the rules implemented by the Delhi government.

Only these women will get the benefit of the scheme
According to the rules set by the Delhi government for the ‘Mahila Samridhi Yojana’, only BPL card holders will be given Rs 2500 in their accounts. In such a situation, those women will not come under the purview of the scheme, who do not have a BPL card. If we look at the figures, the number of BPL card holders in Delhi is only 9.91 percent of the total population.
