For this, you can download an application form from the Income Tax Department’s website. Take all these necessary documents and go to your nearest PAN service center or Income Tax Department office.
There you will have to submit self-attested copies of PAN and Aadhaar and the application form. After submitting the form, you will be given a receipt, with the help of which you can easily track the status of the process.
For this, definitely take a copy of your PAN card and Aadhaar card. Check once whether the name, date of birth etc. match in your PAN and Aadhaar, otherwise get it corrected first, otherwise you may have to face trouble.
