Which women will not get the benefit?
If a woman is already an employee or agent of LIC, then she will not be able to get the benefit of this scheme. Meaning, if she applies for the scheme, it will be cancelled. Among the relatives, husband or wife, children, parents, siblings, a nd in-laws are not even eligible to apply. Retired corporation employees and former agents will not be considered eligible under this scheme.
The minimum age to apply for this scheme is 18 years, and the maximum age is up to 70. The educational qualification of the applicant must be at least 10th pass. 7000 rupees per month will be given in the first year and 6000 rupees per month in the second year.
