Know the first change.
From July 1, Aadhaar card authentication has been made mandatory for applicants of PAN card holders. As per the old rules, any valid identity card and a worth certificate were required to apply for a PAN card. But from July 1, 2025, there is going to be a big change in the rules. According to the Central Board of Direct Taxes, one cannot apply for a PAN card without Aadhaar verification.
Know the second change.
The second change is a big setback for those travelling by railway. The increase in train tickets is going to be implemented from July 1, 2025. In this, an increase of 1 paisa per kilometre in the fare of non-AC mail and express trains, while a 2 paisa per kilometre increase in the AC class can be announced.
Along with this, there will be no change in the prices of second-class train tickets for travel up to 500 km. If the distance is more than 500 km, then half a paisa will be deducted per kilometre.
Third change

Now, from July 1, 2025, only those users will be allowed to book Tatkal tickets who have verified their Aadhaar card number with their IRCTC account.
