Reliance Jio Removed These Plans: While on one hand, the company is bringing recharge plans one after the other to retain its users, on the other hand, Jio has given a big shock to its millions of users by discontinuing its affordable entry-level plans. Now, users will no longer be able to recharge with plans of Rs 209 and Rs 249. Jio customers were earlier offered 1GB data per day for Rs 209 and Rs 249. These days, users receive 22 days and 28 days of validity, respectively, in the packs. Along with this, an unlimited calling and SMS facility was also available for conversations in the plan. However, these options have now been completely removed.
Now Jio users will have to spend more money to recharge. If you want a plan with a validity of 28 days, then users will have to recharge with a plan of Rs 299. In this pack, facilities such as 1.5GB data per day, unlimited calling, and SMS are provided with a validity of 28 days.
Rs 209 and Rs 249 plans discontinued
Jio’s Rs 209 and Rs 249 plans provided users with 1GB of data per day. Additionally, the plan included an unlimited voice calling facility. 100 SMS were also given daily in the plan. The validity of Reliance Jio’s Rs 209 pack was for 22 days, while the Rs 249 pack lasted for a full 28 days. Both Jio plans were better for those who wanted to keep their number active by spending less money.
Jio Rs 299 plan
In this plan, users are offered 1.5GB of data per day. Apart from this, the plan offers an unlimited calling facility for daily conversations. Additionally, 100 SMS are available daily in the plan. The validity of this Jio plan is for 28 days. This means that the cost of a basic recharge will now start at least Rs 299.
Jio Discontinued Rs 799 plan
Jio has also discontinued the Rs 799 prepaid plan. Under this Jio plan, 1.5GB of data is allocated daily. An unlimited calling facility was provided in the plan.
